The Graphic Designer is responsible for the maintenance of the brand’s visual identity with strict compliance to the brand’s visual guidelines. This is achieved through direct management of design elements from start to finish, with direction provided by the Visual Communications Manager.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
· Support creative process for dept. and recommend creative communications for marketing proposals/ projects
· Illustrates concept by designing rough layout of art and copy regarding arrangement, size, type size and style, and related aesthetic concepts.
· Completes projects by coordinating with outside agencies, art services, printers, etc.
· Support processes and design functions among peers to meet targeted deadlines.
· Upholds brand guidelines including visual identity in all represented visual forms offered for approval.
· Key point person for required design assignments, ensuring all work is produced on time, to budget (printing) and to a high standard
· Communicate and facilitate the art direction and formatting of design deliverables and produce necessary communications pieces in both print and digital environments across the brands
Job Requirements:
· Associates Degree in Graphic Design
· Professional Creative industry experience with minimum 5 years
· Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite & InDesign
· Basic Animation skills a plus
