Key Duties & Responsibilities

1. Lead and mentor a talented IT team, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
2. Manage POS systems, overseeing installations, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
3. Develop new and enforce current comprehensive IT security protocols to safeguard our organization’s data.
4. Manage and provide accountability for the IT help desk, ensuring all requests are logged and addressed in a timely manner. Enforce procedures and technician documentation of resolution.
5. Oversee IT inventory. Tasks include receiving of orders, tracking stock-on-hand, determining purchase needs and ensuring tracking of critical assets (e.g. POS, UPS, cameras, NVRs, menu boards).
6. Maintain comprehensive records of all communications, actions taken, and changes made, including daily work logs for on-site projects and access changes.
7. Perform regular audits of store system access and menu items to ensure accuracy and efficiency, collaborating with Operations and other departments as needed.

Job Requirements

• – Bachelor’s Degree in IT or a relevant field or proven experience in IT management, network security, and team leadership.

• – Technical expertise in relevant software and tools (e.g., POS systems, networking equipment).

Responsible for providing assistance to Warehouse Lift Operators, Pickers, etc. as required by Management.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Must have a valid Driver’s License on hand daily
• Assist Pickers and Lift Operators with loading/offloading trucks and load containers with deliveries/shipments
• Offload deliveries under the Driver’s supervision while at the various store locations
• Assist the Driver when they are cleaning their trucks after final deliveries (unless otherwise instructed by Management)
• Assist with any other Warehouse task(s) as assigned by Management

· Support creative process for dept. and recommend creative communications for marketing proposals/ projects

· Illustrates concept by designing rough layout of art and copy regarding arrangement, size, type size and style, and related aesthetic concepts.

· Completes projects by coordinating with outside agencies, art services, printers, etc.

· Support processes and design functions among peers to meet targeted deadlines.

· Upholds brand guidelines including visual identity in all represented visual forms offered for approval.

· Key point person for required design assignments, ensuring all work is produced on time, to budget (printing) and to a high standard

· Communicate and facilitate the art direction and formatting of design deliverables and produce necessary communications pieces in both print and digital environments across the brands

Job Requirements:

· Associates Degree in Graphic Design

· Professional Creative industry experience with minimum 5 years

· Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite & InDesign

· Basic Animation skills a plus

· Act as an Ambassador for the brand(s), both internally and externally.

· Analyzing the brand and current strategy and highlighting areas of weaknesses or conflicting messages.

· Support in the development of marketing plans and brand strategy to increase brand awareness, and to ensure that all subsequent activities align with the goals of the brand.

Job Requirements:

· Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, with minimum 3 years professional experience

• Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office

• Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls

Requirements and skills

• Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g. fax machines and printers)

• High school degree; additional certification in Office Management is a plus

We are currently seeking experienced Refrigeration Service Technicians. The Refrigeration Service Technician will troubleshoot refrigeration issues for different sites.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Seasoned experience working in commercial, Refrigeration is required
• EPA certification preferred
• Must pass background screens
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and insurable driving record
• Ability to document work performed and submit it in timely manner on a smart device
• Ability to adhere to all safety procedures
• Knowledge of tool/testing equipment required to perform duties in the HVAC/R service trade
• Must be able to maintain accurate inventory of equipment and repair parts
• Strong communication skills, ability to explain refrigeration issues and recommendations of repairs
• Must be punctual, adhere to daily schedule and able to handle schedule changes
