The IT Manager will oversee the organization’s IT infrastructure and manage the on-site team in coordination with the IT Director. The IT Manager will maintain documentation, train staff and implement best practices, contributing to the overall IT vision of the organization.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a talented IT team, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Manage POS systems, overseeing installations, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Develop new and enforce current comprehensive IT security protocols to safeguard our organization’s data.
- Manage and provide accountability for the IT help desk, ensuring all requests are logged and addressed in a timely manner. Enforce procedures and technician documentation of resolution.
- Oversee IT inventory. Tasks include receiving of orders, tracking stock-on-hand, determining purchase needs and ensuring tracking of critical assets (e.g. POS, UPS, cameras, NVRs, menu boards).
- Maintain comprehensive records of all communications, actions taken, and changes made, including daily work logs for on-site projects and access changes.
- Perform regular audits of store system access and menu items to ensure accuracy and efficiency, collaborating with Operations and other departments as needed.
Job Requirements
- – Bachelor’s Degree in IT or a relevant field or proven experience in IT management, network security, and team leadership.
- – Strong communication and organizational skills, with a strategic mindset.
- – Technical expertise in relevant software and tools (e.g., POS systems, networking equipment).
